Pros
I'd say that most of the people that work here are in their 20's. I like working with younger people and think they have a lot to contribute. Colleagues tend to get along really well. Depending on the project the work can be very interesting.
Cons
Micromanagement is rampant. I've been in the workforce for 15 years but was treated like a small child. Upper management needs to better train their middle management. I eventually left the company because of this problem.
