Cons are, low pay, deletion of profit sharing, poor communication from the top down, cutting compliance corners, zero professional development, nepotism, too much work for an 8 hour day, constant criticism from management.

Some roles allowed to work mostly or fully remote

Cons

Micromanagement culture. Lack of professional boundaries. Must be willing to work nights and weekends. Gossip, oversharing and non constructive criticism about colleagues and clients. Poor compensation and benefits. Observable differential treatment of employees based on cultural background or personal characteristics. High turnover. Low morale.
