Pros

Lovely, intelligent colleagues. Interesting projects.

Cons

Terrible benefits, loss of profit sharing, so called unlimited time off, but can’t use without approval, smaller & smaller annual increases & bonuses. Retaliation if there are any complaints about your manager. Human Resources is a complete joke. They do what they always do, protect the company. You’re really lucky I don’t name names. Every single person that’s been there more than 5 years knows who the bad managers are, & yet the company protects them. The company employee surveys are another joke. I know for a fact the names of the c-Suite individuals who manipulated the data (2022) so the results appeared more favorable than they actually were. The company continues to underbid on proposals & then expects employees to work some kind of magic to get the work done. The cover up for Neox & Orphan Reach was staggering. All due to little or no due diligence by c-Suite.

Micromanagement culture. Lack of professional boundaries. Must be willing to work nights and weekends. Gossip, oversharing and non constructive criticism about colleagues and clients. Poor compensation and benefits. Observable differential treatment of employees based on cultural background or personal characteristics. High turnover. Low morale.
