You work on hourly pay- $10 to be exact and make a decent commission. You will basically be working beside your manager. He is listening to everything you are doing. Have to work on Saturday which is always a nightmare for a car dealership. The manager is a repulsive man. He watches everything you do and if he doesn't like something then he will do everything he can to make your life more miserable. Many times he would pull you from the office and yell at you about your appearance which is laughable because most of the sales guy dress poorly. He has no problem screaming at you or an employee.
