Pros
Camaraderie among techs. There are educational opportunities through Hyundai's Tech training programs, and there's opportunity for merit-based movement between departments. The Faulkner organization does seem to reward good work, and there are plenty of networking opportunities between dealerships for anyone who's ambitions enough.
Cons
Hyundai. Hilariously ineffective technical support, constant pressure and scrutiny from the corporate warranty department, infinitesimal labor coverage on warranty repairs. It's not the best situation for a tech to prosper, and most headaches seemed to come from powers on high.
