Pros
It's a job, which is better than being unemployed. You get paid something that might just pay your bills.
Cons
Mass disorganization, unethical/questionable management, extremely low pay considering the industry, there is a revolving door when it comes to staff and most quit because of management/mis-management. So much busy work and tedium that one can't be effective in their postion. It's no wonder several long-term employees quit after new management came in. And new management can't keep staff
