Decent pay, decent hours, decent benefits, all the basics you could find from pretty much any employer. That's about it.
Cons
Lack of teamwork. If you aren't part of the inner circle, prepare to be shunned and/or treated like a pariah even if you do your job well. Favoritism abounds, which is a sign of weak or immature management skills.
