Pros
The Residents were sweet and friendly. The majority of the staff outside of dining was very pleasant and helpful. The community itself is as upscale as it gets and it caters to the residents very well.
Cons
I was lied to about the following things: Pay - Was offered 5k less than what was discussed. Schedule - It's not consecutive days it's a split schedule. What I would actually be doing - Was told I was going to be doing one thing, when I was told by others to do an other and always. There was very little unity between managers and staff, mainly because they're ran by two separate entities, which immediately spells doom for keeping employee moral high. The two managers I dealt with that was an outside partner were great people, but didn't feel like they were in it for the residents.
