Stable employment with great benefits. Employee owned company that pays great bonuses when profitable. Challenging work and great people.

Cons

Location is a bit remote, but the commute is worth it!

Pros

Depending on your manager it can be a great place to work. Generally coworkers are pretty nice. You always stay busy. Great holiday parties and possible bonuses. Hours are great, normal office hours. Good benefits.

Cons

If you don't get the right manager life can be miserable. Pay is okay...and you have to remind them about raises. End up doing a 5 person job for the pay of one.
