Pros

Bonuses, great health insurance, good 401k, strong community involvement, stable (for now), room for advancement, you work on a variety of projects.

Cons

Do not follow Osha or department of labor standards, dangerous place to work as evident by loss of sharp certification, pay is horrible, no work/life balance. If you work for ft Miller, they own you and your family will suffer.

Stable employment with great benefits. Employee owned company that pays great bonuses when profitable. Challenging work and great people.

Cons

Location is a bit remote, but the commute is worth it!
