Pros

This is a good place to grow basic skills in your profession.

Cons

Suppressive culture overshadowed by billionaire owners who are out of touch with reality. Unnecessarily conservative, limiting employees' personal rights. People fear speaking up so work requires more time to deliver. Companies have made little overall progress in creating a diverse workforce. Top leaders are almost exclusively white males at each of the Friedkin affiliated companies.
