Pros
One of the things that drew me to TFG was the organizational values. Having worked here a little over a year I am happy to say the values are visible and celebrated. I have felt welcome from day one and it was hands-down the best hiring and onboarding experience I have had. Cons
The only thing I can think of is not having an office. This is the first time since I have been in the workforce (since 1993) and not had an office. When it comes to having calls, being on Zoom meetings, etc. makes it difficult.
