This company expects so much and gives little in return. Hostile work environment. Very small business trying to operate on a big boy level so they will work you to death. High employee turnover rate. There is no work/life balance unless you are a manager or owner. Travel is brutal if you are lower technical staff. Hard to take PTO and cant flex your time. No room for career growth. Better have thick leather skin if you want to work here.
