Pros
Overall Nice co-workers to work with and flexible schedules where you can work from home occasionally if circumstances arise and depending on the department. Clean atmosphere. Free beverages and candy, that's about it.
Cons
Lack of clear direction. Under paid and over worked. Management is not open to honest critique and is not apt to change. Completely unorganized and dysfunctional. The company wants to pretend they are a big company, but clearly is under funded. Ridicously high turn-over. Its a revolving door and for some reason management fails to address/correct the severe issues as to why so many good qualified people leave in such a short time. Owner's are exes and trying to appease one or the other is like a tug of war battle. Their is no downtime or cut-off time for working. Management has a total disregard for time off as you will receive constant emails throughout the night, pto, weekends and holidays.
