Pros
Keep in mind this is reviewing the Virginia beach office, I cant speak about Philadelphia. The camaraderie is great, lot of great people working for the company. Flexible Schedule, management will let you work your schedule as long as you meet the minimum hours and get the job done. Great benefits. Not sure what the guy complaining above was, but i had plenty of leave time plus floating holidays if i had to work a holiday. Management has an open door policy so they are easy to approach. I am leaving due to an amazing job opportunity somewhere else, but I am still staying with the company part time.
Cons
As a tech there is a LOT of travel, so make sure you understand that when you sign up. Due to National Security concerns the customers cant always give their schedule to the company too far in advance so sometimes you'll only have a weeks notice before you have to go to a foreign country.
