Pros

Generous benefits, decent pay, flexible schedule, good people. GBS being a small engineering firm is lean, that requires its employees to be versatile and willing to take on new/unfamiliar challenges. This offers great opportunities for those willing to step up and accept.

Cons

There is no employee review process which in turn means no scheduled increase in compensation. Communication between management and employees could be better. Just like any contracting company there is always the chance for layoffs.
