      You get to work on multiple projects with little oversight. Great to learn if you are just starting out in construction.

      Cons

      Senior management never listens to opinions. Women are viewed as second class citizens. Not enough paid time off. Negative atmosphere. Only men are considered for advancement. High turnover.

      The pay sucks. Managers are incompetent. They hire anyone who is willing to work without any actual experience.
