Pros

if you are a college student you'll be better off, but when i was speaking to some co-workers i have found out that they will schedule for non available days.

Cons

Sometimes they give me 8-16 hours a week, on the next they might give me 35 hours a week. therefore i felt like a slave wile working there. if you work here you cannot work at another job due to messy schedules, but if you work some where else they will do their best to fire you because they expect you to be a slave and be available to work 24/7. once they schedule me to work at 4 AM and two days later they scheduled me to work until 11:30 PM. you'll not be able to pay for some items for a week as they sometimes give you 12 hours a week and you cannot have another job. welcome to modern day slavery.

Pros

Worked with my schedule. Immediate supervisor(s) and teammates were fantastic.

Cons

4 weeks prior I spoke with management requesting to wear a kilt. It was approved and there were no concerns expressed by staff or customers. The new store manager sent me home for a dress code violation stating that kilts were a food safety issue. HR was involved and decreed that kilts were not allowed but was unable to explain why. I requested additional guidance from someone higher within HR but ultimately was ghosted.
