Pros
They are willing to work with whatever days you are available and whatever days you can't come in as long as it is approved by management and goes through in your online account.
Cons
Little to no hours for part time and it's hard to get into full time flex. It's also hard to have a second job on top of Giant because as soon as you get another full time job you have to tell them right away and then they give you more hours and try to literally kill you with all the hours plus your hours at new job somewhere else. It's really hard to talk to management sometimes but you have to know which ones like you and which ones don't. I'm honestly sad at this because it's almost like discrimination this way. They only talk to the ones they like and avoid the ones they don't. I really like the giant company but come on, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, I'm sorry. I'm soon leaving.
