Pros
Management is (usually) willing to work with your availability. I've made good friends over the years working with this company. Pay is weekly and you can cash your checks at work on the spot if you don't want to use direct deposit. Most labor is pretty mindless with this company unless you move into a managerial position.
Cons
Management will often try to work associates to death by telling them there could be a promotion in it for them if they go the extra mile. More often than not, this is not the case. Moving up with this company is usually a popularity contest. It's generally only possible to receive a promotion if you're willing to throw away whatever personal life you have in order to get it. The hours are long, and they work you hard. If you slack off at all, management will usually cut your hours. It's generally not worth what nickels and dimes they give you in return.
