Company culture is a ruse and really just centered around profits over people like any other business, but they will hammer it into you with propaganda television in the break rooms, various fliers, meetings. Management is never on the same page. Pay is pretty terrible unless you're a department manager or salaried. Salaried staff spends most of their time on their cell phone in the office. Very little accountability applied selectively. Management actively talks behind employees backs and calls them various insults to seemingly random members of the team fairly often. A true misery to walk in the door each day.
