Pros

None at this time due to transition. There is a yearly bonus but not guaranteed due to high workload since transition.

Cons

Awful workload, when you are off you still receive new work. Insurance package is terrible since transition to Sentry Insurance. Job is no longer remote and pay is not worth the headache you have after work everyday. I used to like the job and hate it everyday now
