Pros

Everyone here is serious about their work and happy about it. The opportunities for growth are great as they are growing. Management is very personal, even if they try to have a "leaner" approach.

Cons

Only downside is a little lax support for the floor occasionally.

Good pay, good management, flexibility, managers seem to care about employees, great flow- everyone know what they were doing and people didn’t slack off

Nothing really? Maybe parking options?
