Good pay, good management, flexibility, managers seem to care about employees, great flow- everyone know what they were doing and people didn’t slack off

We work for good people. That’s one thing that is really important to me. They treat us like human beings, not replaceable robots. People sometimes leave in order to find better work, but I always say, “they’ll be back.” And I’m often correct. I’ve been there for going on six years. There isn’t much turnover because people recognize it’s a good company to work for.

Just the normal challenges that come with working in a restaurant.
