Fun and playful job atmosphere where you can sometimes be a part of events held at the Bar or of site

Cons

Very low pay for hourly staff in the kitchen and its usually understaffed. Hourly employees are hired in as Part Time so the company can refuse to offer you benefits and cut you free if you work to many hours during the year.

The other part-timers I worked with were nice.

Cons

The management is terrible, constantly walking out or getting fired, so there’s no real consistency. The management is consistently rude and makes errors since they’re always freshly hired. The last manager during my time there was terrible at his job and would consistently escalate situations with customers and the servers/baristas would have to take the fall. The place is a mess.
