Pros

Working for the Goat has been wonderful. Throughout COVID, upper management really took the time to ensure that all employees knew they were valued and went above and beyond to show their gratitude. All hurdles that have been thrown at the restaurant industry through 2020 were handled well and communicated in a way that eased a lot of employee's tensions and uncertainties. Leadership takes the time to recognize and develop talent not only in the hospitality field, but also in business. I'm excited to be apart of this growing company!

The other part-timers I worked with were nice.

Cons

The management is terrible, constantly walking out or getting fired, so there’s no real consistency. The management is consistently rude and makes errors since they’re always freshly hired. The last manager during my time there was terrible at his job and would consistently escalate situations with customers and the servers/baristas would have to take the fall. The place is a mess.
