Internal mobility is an initiative within the organization that we hold to a high regard, so we're happy to read that you were aware of growth opportunities while you were working with us. We are sad to read that you did not feel like you had work life balance in your role. We know that a role in hospitality can require long hours, due to the nature of the restaurant industry itself.
