Pros

Food is good, people are generally nice, but with only a 25% discount on employee meals, it's not that good.

Cons

Manager exaggerated the amount I would make hourly in tips, so I expected to take home a lot more than I did, and had to quit due to low pay.

The other part-timers I worked with were nice.

Cons

The management is terrible, constantly walking out or getting fired, so there’s no real consistency. The management is consistently rude and makes errors since they’re always freshly hired. The last manager during my time there was terrible at his job and would consistently escalate situations with customers and the servers/baristas would have to take the fall. The place is a mess.
