Management is completely incompetent and passes their mistakes and failures on to servers and bartenders. Sexual harassment from Management. Drunken behavior on the clock from Management

The other part-timers I worked with were nice.

Cons

The management is terrible, constantly walking out or getting fired, so there’s no real consistency. The management is consistently rude and makes errors since they’re always freshly hired. The last manager during my time there was terrible at his job and would consistently escalate situations with customers and the servers/baristas would have to take the fall. The place is a mess.
