Pros

Good home work life balalnce

Cons

You compete with the store manager for sales, and the manager will take your sales whenever they want and claim that you got all the good customers. They wait till the last minute to give you your weekly shedule. No inventory system at all. You count thousands of inventory items every morning. 10-15 different spread sheets to fill out everyday. Lots of busy work. Poor managment. No oportnuty to move up and they will let you go if you don't sell and use the exact words they want you to use during the sale. $9 per hour plus comission but you'd be lucky to hit $12 per hour

Pros

The Good Feet Store is an amazing company, that really cares for and values their employees. Senior leadership and the administrative team are always there to support the staff and provide us with all of the tools that are necessary to succeed. There is also great opportunity for growth within the company. I have been with the Good Feet Store for just 5 years, starting as a Sales Consultant and working my way up the chain to being the District Manager. Everyone that i work with are great and always willing to help where needed. Unlike some other companies, there are no office politics. I have been in sales for 15 years, in various industries and this is by far the most rewarding product i have ever sold. Another great thing is that we are open bankers hours, 10-6 m-f and 12-4 sun. Great. Base pay of 31K, with a wonderful commission and bonus structure, that gives you the opportunity to atleast double that, or more. Overall this is a wonderful company to work for and i will be here for as long as im able to be.

Cons

Not many cons to be honest. This is retail sales, so depending on the person this can be a con. Again, you are given every tool you need to succeed, but at the end of the day, its still sales and you have to put in the work. Another thing that could be a con is having mandatory weekends. but they are short hours on sunday and out by 6 on saturday.

Pros

Working at The Good Feet Store for the past four years has been a very rewarding experience, especially in my role as a multi store manager. One of the things I appreciate most is the strong opportunity for growth within the company, which has allowed me to develop both professionally and personally. My team and upper management are incredibly supportive, creating an environment where employees feel valued and motivated. The company genuinely cares about its staff and consistently checks in to ensure everyone is doing well. In addition, the compensation is good, and the training program is thorough and inclusive, making sure that no one feels left behind. Overall, it is a positive and encouraging workplace

Cons

It’s mandatory to work on weekends
