loved the work the management needs to learn how to talk to people

Cons

supervisors very insulting and don't seem to follow their own plans. expect you to take clients out but you have to pay for a lic. check yourself and then your supervisor harasses you because you cant afford it. and they don't give you hours only at night

If you are passionate about supporting individuals living with intellectual disabilities, Groden-cove is a place to be. Developing your capacity to achieve your passion is one of their strengths

Cons

More network is expected of Groden— cove to serve more people living with intellectual disability especially in RI and if possible in New England

Awesome & affordable benefits, 24 PTO days as a new employee, 12 paid holidays, flexible schedule, opportunities for growth within the company, autonomy, feedback is valued, I feel heard, seen, and appreciated, great support team, and an awesome boss who is kind, understanding, caring and supportive

Cons

Pay could be better, but I understand it's a non-profit with a budget and the benefits help make up for it. I also understand that pay is something being looked at for bringing up in the future throughout the company.
