Pros

Very flexible with work schedule in order to attend school or be being sick etc...Most of the co workers were okay.

Cons

Favoritism plays a lot there. You can earn a degree while working there and not get a raise for it. But someone who comes in off the street that has the same degree and no experience get's paid more money then you. Raises are far and few between but yet the higher ups make over a $100,000 a year! When upper management knows that certain employees are not carrying their work load and add the work to you, but that employee never gets in trouble or fired...so beware of that..
