The best reasons to work here are my colleagues. They are passionate about helping others and providing resources.

Cons

The main challenge is due to the VIPs at the very top of the organization. Unfortunately, they are not in touch with the everyday worker. It seems very political at the top, and the CEO/COO/HR are just not that interested in their employees.
