Pros

Great coworkers who are friendly and helpful and work great as team to support you. There is some room for advancement.

Cons

Extremely stressful work environment resulting in high burn out. The electronic record causes staff to quit either directly or indirectly. Not only is it not user friendly, but loses money for the company by the hours spent redoing work and the negative reinforcement for staff with very negative emails from numerous sources asking for corrections that wouldn't be necessary with an appropriate system and billing department.

The Guidance Center Response

Under the current leadership team, we have implemented a new electronic health record. Staff helped us to design it and provided feedback all throughout the process. While our funders determine what documentation is required to be paid for the work we do, no different that any other government service provider, our staff have helped us to meet these requirements and build a great system that is receiving very positive feedback.
