Pros

Insurance premiums are very affordable and the benefits are decent. I enjoyed the work culture and atmosphere until new leadership came in.

Cons

There are usually “growing pains” with positive changes and growth in a job setting. That is not what’s happening here. Terrible communication from higher leadership and too many changes being made at once since new leadership was introduced in 2024. My supervisor has been left out of the loop on many changes being made to our program and/or things changed so quickly she couldn’t keep up. Staff were notified of changes to their job positions while our supervisor was out of the office. An apparent lack of foresight has led to multiple delays with the implementation of program changes. It all feels very impersonal and disorganized. Yes this is only a snapshot in time, but it has not made a good impression. Through all of this, I have come to feel that higher leadership does not respect my supervisor and therefore does not respect me and my fellow employees.
