Pros
I genuinely believe that Guthrie provides wonderful career opportunities. There are robust early career opportunities where new professionals can learn and grow within their new profession; mid/ late career opportunities that leverage and promote the experiences and knowledge that one has gained over the life of their professional career and even "encore careers" that provide retirees the opportunity to come back to the work force at a pace and schedule that meets their needs.
Cons
Honestly, I can't identify a downside. The health care industry provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact to those that it serves. Guthrie provides excellent employment opportunities within the communities it serves... you truly can have it all here... career progression while providing exceptional care!
