Pros
- great company culture - everyone wants to help everyone else, so it's a very supportive environment - leadership listens to their subordinates and are very receptive to feedback, seeking out ways to improve things all the time - coworkers want to work and are eager to be there - nice benefits: health insurance, vision insurance, 401k matching, free lunches, free parking pass for a safe garage in downtown St. Pete - you can bring your dog to the office - remote work possible (at the moment, may change in the near future) - very big on taking PTO, taking care of yourself
Cons
- base pay is unfair and too low for the tasks required to do the job - they don't offer raises for people who have been there for a while, even after consistently getting positive feedback - commissions have changed so you now have to share them with people who had nothing to do with the contract sale or upgrade - role requirements change regularly (more and more work is required) but the base has not increased with it - it's hard to have a healthy work-life balance, this isn't a job where you can go home when the workday is over and then start over fresh the next day because you're managing the same clients month after month - too many clients to manage, so everyone is consistently late at getting things done and that's a common understanding and expecatation. There should be fewer clients per campaign manager so we can focus on them more attentively
