Pros

Recruiters are great communicators. They vouch for and take care of there employees. I’ve even received a personal phone call from the President of the company to be given good feedback. During COVID-19, I was awarded an employee help fund. They are a quality company, from the frontlines to the foundation of the company.

Management is two faced. If you rub them wrong, they just keep it to themselves instead of having a transparent conversation.
