Pros

They have friendly staffing managers, Quick turnaround from 1st interview to an available position in my case, no micro-managing, lot of different companies to choose from

Cons

Not enough high paying permanent positions that I'm qualified for, (most of that is my fault) and the uncertainty of losing a job, assignment unexpectedly and not able to find something else in time (not really their fault)

Great hours and flexibilty to work independently.

Cons

Management is two faced. If you rub them wrong, they just keep it to themselves instead of having a transparent conversation.
