      Good benefits. Standard work life balance. Decent bonus

      Cons

      A lot of incompetence at the higher level. There is also a lot of bro mentality. They don't treat women the same. I saw with the sales team, they will told new hires they don't hire at title level it's earned but then men come in with higher titles. Raises are awful.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
