      Do you feel like you make a difference each day? I do -- I love what I do, and Hanover helps me to make things happen. I have worked in organizations that get bogged down by layers upon layers of approvals before anyone can execute. Here at Hanover - we get things done.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
