      Small town, pleasant living, affordable. Easy flights in and out of town

      Cons

      No work life balance. Leadership change in the branch and managers are very intimidated by sales leaders - not located in the same area. New leadership also in the home office. No other places to work in the underwriting industry in the area. All are relocating to other areas

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
