Business Outlook
Pros
-Internal mobility: lots of opportunities for growth within the organization -Valued: my accomplishments are always recognized and awarded by management -Change: the Partner Group is not only talking about change, but putting their words into action. Collaboration spaces, HIVE, Innovation District, etc. all part of the innovative initiative which is certainly coming into fruition -Flexibility: I have the ability to work from home whenever. I do not feel micro-managed ever.
Cons
-Pay could be a little higher, but understandable due to cost of living in Worcester being a lot lower compared to other larger cities
