      Company truly cares about you as a person with great matching 401K, respect with work-life-balance, and good mentoring programs

      Cons

      Older cultured company. Many of the employees have been there for 20+ years and don't want to change their ways.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
