Pros
The company really has some great things going for it, it just really depends on what department you are in and who you work with. If you just want to find a place you can show up everyday and eventually retire--this is the place--but you have to be willing to say yes to any silly request that meets you.
Cons
Leadership is often disconnected, not necessarily qualified and far too political to get anything valuable done. If you are in one of the departments with over-promoted leadership--gooooood luck!
