      Pros

      I really enjoy working at the Hanover. From from experience, for the most part, they do seem to care about their employees.

      Cons

      Narrow minded when I comes to product appetite. Disconnect from New Business and Renewal. Seems more leniency is given for Mass agents than other parts of the country. Tough for sales team Communication isnt the greatest.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
