      Full support from upper management to take the time to learn about IDE and to apply to day to day work; positive and inclusive culture that admits it isn't perfect but is willing to learn and grow; lots of opportunity for people willing to take it.

      Cons

      HR and Technology teams are not always on the same page. A lot of the learning/training is self motivated/online.

      Pros

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
