Seniority is not respected - Business Architect The Hanover Insurance Group Employee Review

They will pay a new person with no experience more than someone who has been there for 5+ years. They will give that new person exposure to leaders it took others years to meet. It is not loyal to the employees who have been the most loyal to them. They will listen to the voices of anyone new but will ignore others. Don't expect to be heard, make and impact, or make as much as the person with the same role right out of school with no experience. So.... great place to work, your first year.
