      The team at Hanover is amazing and everybody is extremely supportive of your work and your development. Opportunities to expand your responsibilities and gain experiences are plentiful, a great company to begin your career and gain valuable experience for interviewing and resume building.

      The workload can be overwhelming at times, and the pay is not competitive compared to similar roles at many other carriers.
