      Great development program in a entry level position. Good exposure to several aspects to the industry. Everyone knows everyone atmosphere. Fun work culture.

      Cons

      Slow beginnings, and hard to move into area of work choice. Locations are strongly head in east coast, so difficult to find location in other areas of US.
